Q. What type of decals do you have?
A. All of our products are adhesive backed vinyl decals applied to the exterior of windows or other hard non-porous smooth surfaces. Decals are die-cut to the exact shape of the image. We use an Intermediate 3.2mil High Gloss 5-Year Calendared Vinyl. The vinyl used is UV and water resistant, and will last for many years without fading, peeling, or cracking. Detailed instructions are included with each order.
Q. How are the decals packaged?
A. Each decal is sandwiched between a waxy backing paper and a clear protective layer, both of which are removed in the installation process.
Q. How should I care for my decals after they are installed?
A. NEVER clean your decals with anything abrasive or damaging to their ink pigments. This includes, but is not limited to, alcohol, mineral spirits, petroleum products such as gasoline.
Q. How are your decals cut and sized?
A. There is no background. The decal is cut out around what you see on the screen. As for the size - most of our decals are measured by WIDTH unless the HEIGHT is obviously larger. Many of the decals will show a (W) indicating that they are measured by WIDTH or they will show an (H) meaning they are measured by HEIGHT.
Q. How can I find the HEIGHT of a decal when the selection is only by WIDTH - or - how can I find the WIDTH of a decal when the selection is only by HEIGHT?
A. One quick way to see what the WIDTH/HEIGHT proportions are is to right click your mouse on top of the picture of the decal that you are interested in. It will show you the image
dimensions in pixels (px) - this is the ratio of width to height.
Q. Do you stock decals? How do I know if the items I want are on backorder?
A. We don't stock decals. All of our decals have been graphically designed by us and are printed in our shop locally when the order is processed. They are 100% made in the USA.
Q. You don't have the decal that I want. What do I need to do to get a specific decal designed?
A. Email us a high quality picture OR email us a link to a web page that has a high quality picture so we can see what you're interested in.
Q. If I send you a picture of what I want, can you make a decal for me?
A. We don't just print what you send us, we have a graphic designer draw a vector graphic from scratch. That way we have quality no matter what size we print whether 3 inches or 3 foot.
Q. What do you charge for new design?
A. There's no charge for new design. However, we decide which designs to do based on how well they fit in with our web site.
Q. How long does it take to get a new design out on the web site?
A. It could take awhile - we have hundreds of requests.
Q. Do you have any kind of wholesale discounts?
A. Yes, we have quantity discounts for DECALS ONLY based on total quantity for the order NOT total quantity per item. We have a 30% discount that kicks in when total quantity hits 100, 40% when total quantity hits 500, and 50% when total quantity hits 1000. When quantity hits 2500, email us for additional discount consideration.
Q. On large wholesale quantities do I need to approve a sample first?
A. Yes, we will send you a sample decal and you will need to email us your acceptance before we will ship to you.
Q. What happens if my decals are damaged during shipping?
A. Large wholesale quantity items will be insured for your protection. You will need to take the decals in their ORIGINAL PACKAGING to your local U.S. Post Office.
Q. What types of Payments do you accept?
A. We accept Master Card, Visa, Discover, American Express and PayPal. We also
accept personal checks and money orders.
Q. Do you keep my credit card on hand?
A. No, we use a completely secure credit card processor and have no access to your credit card number unless you place a phone, fax or mail-in order. In the case of refunds, we have the last 4 digits of your credit card number plus your order number.
Q. Do you accept checks or money orders?
A. Yes we do. Please make checks and money orders payable to Military-Graphics. Allow time for personal checks to clear or send a money order for quicker shipping.
Q. Do you accept foreign checks or money orders?
A. No, we do NOT accept foreign checks or money orders.
Q. What if I am uncomfortable giving my credit card information over the Internet?
A. We understand. Even though our shopping cart is on a secure server, some of
our customers prefer to order by phone, fax or mail. You can call us with your credit card number and we can place the order for you. However, you need to realize that we will have to do the same thing that you do, send your credit card number across the internet. When you use your credit card online or at a grocery store or gas station, your credit card number travels across the internet.
Q. How long does it take for my order to ship?
A. Generally all orders are shipped within 1-3 business days, however, custom
items can take longer to prepare.
Q. How will my order be shipped?
A. Your order will be shipped first class via United States Postal Service.
Q. How much will shipping cost me?
A. - In the UNITED STATES the cost will be:
On orders $.01 to $19.99, the cost will be $1.95
On orders $20.00 to $99.99, the cost will be 10% of order total
On orders $100.00 or greater, the cost will be $10.95.
- For FOREIGN ORDERS the shipping cost will be:
On orders $.01 to $9.99, the cost will be $1.95
On orders $10.00 or greater, will incur an additional 10% charge of order total.
Q. Can I get tracking?
A.You can choose tracking on domestic orders by selecting the "USA Add Priority Tracking" option from the "Shipping" drop down arrow on the shopping cart. Orders over $70 will automatically ship within the U.S. via Priority with Tracking. Priority tracking is NOT available on international orders.
Q. Do you ship orders overnight?
A. We are in a rural area of Arizona. The best that our Post Office can promise is 2 day shipping. Please call our office to arrange EXPRESS MAIL - see CONTACT US section below for phone number and business hours.
Q. Do you ship orders C.O.D?
A. Unfortunately, due to the high cost of unclaimed shipments, we can not offer
Q. I still haven't received my order, where is it?
A. The two most common reasons a customer has not received their order after a
reasonable amount of time is:
1. They keyed in an incorrect DELIVER TO ADDRESS on the shopping cart. The Post Office usually returns these orders back to us as UNDELIVERABLE within 4 - 6 weeks.
2. But, by far the most common reason is that someone at this address discarded the envelope thinking it was advertising. Our return address on envelopes/packages looks exactly like the logo at the top of each of our web pages.
